How can I login to my account online?
On our website, go to the
My Account page. Enter your Registered
Phone Number and your 4-digit Security Code. The Security Code will function as your password for logging into your

What is a Security Code? Why do I need one?
A security code is a four digit number that is assigned to your Boss Revolution account. It is needed:
- To log into your account online.
- If you want to make a call or recharge from a non-registered phone.
- If for some reason we do not recognize your telephone number when you are making a call and cannot process a Pinless call.
How do I get my Security Code?
After you register online or through a participating retailer, a four digit code will be sent to your phone via a text.

Which access number should I use?
You will get the best rates if you use one a local access number. A local access number has been provided to you
and is visible when you log into My Account on the Boss Revolution website. If you have any issues using the
assigned access number, please contact
Customer Services.
If you are unsure about your phone provider's plan, please check with them to ensure that you will not incur an
additional cost when you dial the access number.
How do I make calls from a non-registered phone number?
- Dial the access number.
- When prompted enter your registered phone number and your 4-digit Security Code.
- Enter the complete international number you are trying to reach.
How do I recharge?
- Use a credit card or debit card to conveniently recharge on our website.
- Add funds using cash at any participating Boss Revolution retailer.
Sign up for Auto-Recharge so you are never stuck anywhere without talk time. Auto-Recharge can be easily switched on and off.
How do I check my account balance?
- Log into your Boss Revolution account. The "My Account" page shows your current balance.
- You will always hear your balance when you call the access number to make a call.
- Contact Customer Services and ask for your balance.
How do I enable additional phones to make calls using my Boss Revolution account?
Register additional numbers online in "My Account". You will be able to add up to nine additional phone numbers to
your account. Add all your mobile and landline numbers. You can also share your account balance with others if you
register their numbers on your account. You can also contact

What is International Mobile Top-Up?
Boss Revolution International Mobile Top Up is a service that allows you to recharge the prepaid mobile phones of
your loved ones back home. Topping up a prepaid mobile phone is a quick and easy process. All you need to know is
your recipient's country, mobile phone operator ("carrier") and mobile phone number.
How do I complete a top-up online?
It’s so easy!

Select "Mobile Top-Up" on the top menu

Select the recipient's country.

On the next page, fill in the rest of the information. This includes the recipient's carrier, the amount to send,
and the recipient's mobile number.

Login to your account with your security code. If you have not registered for Boss Revolution, please register
first to receive a security code.

Confirm your order details and payment information on the Order Summary page, and click "Recharge Now".
The top-up is submitted and both you and your recipient will receive confirmation of the transaction.

Select "Mobile Top-Up" on the top menu or select one of the actions from the "Mobile Top-Up" tab on the My Account page.

If you select "Mobile Top-Up" on the top menu, or select "Order History" from the tab, you will be taken
to the MTU orders page where you can see your previous orders. From here, you can either click
"New International Order" to start a new order, or click on the "Reorder" graphic to the
right of each order to create a new order to someone whom you have already sent airtime.

How much can I top up at one time?
Once you choose your recipient's country and carrier, the Order Request page will provide you with a dropdown
menu containing the top-up denominations that are available for your selection.
How much top-up will the overseas recipient receive for the denomination selected?
Since this can vary depending on exchange rate fluctuations, please check the pricing with
Customer Services.
In what format should I enter the recipient's mobile phone number?
Simply follow the instruction as shown on the order page. Usually the phone number includes the country code,
area code and phone number.
How fast is the top-up received?
This is dependent on the recipient’s mobile carrier. We send your order request instantly to the mobile carrier you
have selected. Most top-up requests are processed very quickly. However, there are times when a mobile carrier may
experience a system delay that prevents the top-up from going through immediately. You and the recipient will
get an SMS confirmation when the transaction has been completed successfully.
What happens if I topped up the wrong number?
Unfortunately, you cannot reverse the payment. Please double check that all the information on the Order Summary
page is correct for the mobile phone you wish to top up before clicking the button to place your order.
What happens if I cannot top up a mobile number?
Please be sure to select the correct carrier for the number you wish to top up. If you choose an incorrect
carrier, the transaction will fail. Also, please make sure you are topping up a prepaid mobile phone number.
Mobile top-up does not work for post-paid phones.
Can I top-up a prepaid Mobile Data SIM?
Yes, if it is a prepaid SIM, you can top it up using the mobile top-up service.
What do I do if I receive an error message during the transaction?
Follow the instructions presented to you in the message you received. Some errors simply require correcting a
small typo in a phone number. If carefully following the instructions does not solve the issue and you are still
unsure how to proceed, please contact
Customer Services for assistance.
What should I do if the intended recipient of the top up did not receive it?
Please contact
Customer Services and provide the details of your order: Transaction ID, recipient phone number,
country and mobile operator. Occasionally, mobile carriers experience temporary outages that may interfere with
top-up transactions. If you received a "Pending" notification, please wait until you receive final
confirmation of the status of your transaction before contacting Customer Services.
How is an mobile top-up transaction charged?
Your mobile top-up will be charged directly to your credit card and will NOT be deducted from your Boss Revolution
calling balance. Your Boss Revolution calling balance is for making calls only and cannot be used to pay for other
services.
Is there a validity period for the mobile top up received and how long is it?
The validity period is subject to the carrier’s standard practice and may vary depending on denomination
selected. Please ask the recipient to check with the local mobile carrier for the validity period of the mobile
top up they received.
What payment cards can I use to top up?
You may use a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card, or an American Express card.
What devices are supported?
The current version of the Boss Revolution Mobile App supports Android Phones (OS 3.2 or above) and iPhones (iOS 6 or above).
What are the charges for using the Boss Revolution Mobile App?
The Boss Revolution Mobile App is free to download with no monthly charges or commitments.
I already have a Boss Revolution account. Will the app connect to my existing account?
Yes, the app is an extension of your existing account. Simply download and activate the app and you can start making calls immediately, using your existing Boss Revolution calling balance.
If you do not yet have a Boss Revolution account, simply download the app and we will create a
free trial account for you with a $1 balance to start making international calls.
Can I use the app when I am not in the Canada?
Yes, you can. To avoid roaming charges from your mobile carrier, use Wi-Fi access.
Can I add additional phone numbers to my account?
Yes. Additional numbers can be registered to your account via the Boss Revolution online account centre at brcanada.ca. All registered numbers on the account can download the app and make calls, however, only the primary registered phone number can add funds to the account.
Does the Boss Revolution Mobile App replace my current mobile plan/provider?
The Boss Revolution Mobile App does NOT replace your current mobile plan or provider. The Boss Revolution Mobile App is a free downloadable app for your Android device that lets you use your Boss Revolution account to make international calls conveniently and inexpensively. You will use your mobile carrier plan to access the Boss Revolution platform. You may select your access choice -- using your mobile minutes or your data plan or you may choose to use Wi-Fi if it is available.
How many contacts can be stored in the Boss Revolution Mobile App contact list?
The Boss Revolution Mobile App will sync all of your current contacts. You will be able to access all contacts
stored in your phone’s native address book within the Boss Revolution Mobile App, simply by tapping on Contacts.
We recommend that you set up a Favorites list within the app of the international numbers you call most
frequently in order to make calling from the Boss Revolution Mobile App even easier.
Can I install the Boss Revolution Mobile App on multiple phones?
Yes, you can install the Boss Revolution Mobile App on multiple phones. Any number registered on your account can download the app for free and access your account. However, only the primary registered number is authorized to add funds to the account.
Can I use the Boss Revolution Mobile App on my Android Tablet or an iPad?
The Boss Revolution Mobile App can be used from your Android tablet, as long you have an active SIM card
associated with the device. The app cannot be used from an iPad.
How easy is it to install the Boss Revolution Mobile App on my Android device?
VERY EASY!
- On your device, tap the Google Play store icon.
- Find the app named Boss Revolution Canada and select it.

How do I add funds to my Boss Revolution App?
You have three convenient options to add funds to your account:
- Pay with cash at any of participating Boss Revolution retailers.
- Pay with credit card (Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards).
- Purchase a prepaid Boss Revolution Recharge Card in one of our authorized retail locations throughout the Canada and add funds in the app, online or over the phone.
Can I add funds directly in the app?
If you are using our Android app for Boss Revolution, you can add funds and manage your account directly in the app. All account activity will be reflected in your app.
May I pay with a cheque or money order?
No. Currently the Boss Revolution Mobile App does not accept cheque or money order as a method of payment. However, you can add funds to your Boss Revolution account using cash at any participating Boss Revolution retailer.
My free trial is almost over. What do I do now?
It's easy to set up your account to continue to use Boss Revolution for your international calling.
If you are using the Boss Revolution Android app, simply add funds within the app. You will need to log in with your mobile number and security code. If you do not recall your security code, click on "Forgot Security Code" and we will text it to you immediately.
You may also add funds to your account at any participating Boss Revolution retailer or using a prepaid Boss Revolution Recharge Card online at brcanada.ca or over the phone.
How do you protect my credit card information?
The information submitted on the Boss Revolution Mobile App is protected by the highest level of industry-standard SSL encryption. All of the credit card information received is then encrypted a second time and stored on our secure billing servers.
How do I know if my friend has signed up with BOSS REVOLUTION?
You can check the status of your referrals in the “Refer Your Friends” page within the Boss Revolution Account Center.
How do I know if I’m receiving my calling balance bonus?
Calling balance bonus is reflected in the “My Referrals” section of the “Refer Your Friends” page within the Boss Revolution Account Center.
How many friends can I refer to get the bonus?
There is no limit on the number of accounts an existing customer can refer.
Do I still receive credit if my friend is already registered?
No, existing Boss Revolution customers cannot be referred under this Program.
How long after my friends does their first transaction will I see my calling balance bonus?
Referral bonus amounts earned under the Program will be credited to the Referrer’s Boss Revolution account within 72 hours of the qualifying recharge.
How do I earn my calling balance bonus?
In order to earn your calling balance bonus, the person you refer must:
- Referred account must accept your invitation for a Free Trial to link your accounts.
- Only credit card or debit card recharges ($5 or more) will earn a reward for the referrer.
